Seven years ago, with thoughts of a career change from his printing position, Tim Armstrong weighed his different options and decided he wanted to work with electricity. He applied to Colonial and started learning the trade from his coworkers. After graduating from IEC, he continued to learn on the job. Tim credits his co-worker Robert Elliott with teaching him the bulk of his knowledge. "Robert really takes the time to show you how to do something and it has made a difference in what I know today," said Tim.
